The Apollo Pro V has 5 levels of adjustable Fluid Resistance provided by our patented Twin Tank system. At level 1, the Fluid Resistance is suitable for beginners, deconditioned participants or rehabilitation patients just starting on their fitness journey. Dial to level 5 for high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or short sprints. The Apollo Pro V offers silky smooth resistance at any speed and at any level. With a firm instant catch and a consistent resistance through the entire stroke, it provides the closest emulation of on water rowing, encouraging you at every stroke to do a little more.

The Apollo Pro V boasts a compact footprint and can be stored on it’s end with ease. It is also compatible with FDF’s optional Seat Back Kit for extra lumbar support, the Elevate Kit for easier on-off access, the Touch Heart Rate Handle for accurate heart rate monitoring via bluetooth, and the Smart Phone Holder to hold your smart phone.

The patented, double sealed, precision aligned twin tank design with it’s unique impeller, delivers 15% greater resistance than standard horizontal models. The Apollo Pro V features a durable belt drive with active recoil system. Experience the instant catch and a consistent resistance is achieved through the entire stroke. Featuring an industrial nylon belt for smooth and quiet rowing, the perfect rower for solid progression no matter the fitness ability.

Height Adjustable Footplates
For a comfortable rowing position the height adjustable footplates with secure heel capture straps and angled surface under ball of foot will ensure optimal foot placement to assist leg drive.

Offering smart device connectivity, Apollo Pro V indoor rower features FDF’s Bluetooth auto-adjust technology automatically correlating the chosen tank resistance with the console display for a more accurate and efficient workout. Connect any smartphone via FDF’s FluidWorkout social app for progress tracking and club challenges. Keep track your progress with the easy to operate bluetooth monitor while working out using the easy readout, time, distance, 500M split time, strokes per minute, calories per hour, watts, interval training and (optional) heart rate.
